Post school transition

There are a variety of post-school options available for people with Down syndrome. These options can provide a variety of different skills and experiences that are beneficial and can assist in allowing a young adult with Down syndrome to live a fulfilling and inclusive lifestyle. 

Exploring the Possibilities is a resource guide that aims to provide a starting point to explore the range of options that are available.
